Okay well I have been eating calories a day and going to the gym everyday for an hour I have lost lbs. in a month. I know this isnt healthy but for me its working anyways a normal person with absolutely no physical activity loses at calories a day naturally so if your eating calories your at least losing calories but you do exersize and depending on how you exercise you probably lose from extra calories so I would say that since it takes losing calories to lose a pound. Your eating calories a week losing naturally plus the for exercise. That equals to you losing at least calories a week which is the same as . pounds a week. You want to lose lbs. so at that rate it will probably take weeks or anywhere from to months. Hope this helped!!
