I highly reccomend tampons. They make life a lot easier, theyre neater and cleaner. Try OB theyre small and discreet, and Ive never had a leak problem. Use the smallest size, so that you can get used to having a tampon. The rule of thumb is if you can feel it five minutes after putting it in, its in wrong. You can use a pantyliner if you want, but it shouldnt be necessary, just check every few hours. Remember above all to change your tampon at least every eight hours to avoid TSS. Have a fun trip!

Lift times a week upperbody and do legs on the other day. Dont skip days because your tired. If you want to build up muslce you first have to tear it all down. Water is your life force and extreme lifting which equals extreme muslce gaining requires you to be at your maximum. A dehydration equals up to loss of strenght or more.brbrThe other key is getting protein. You need a lot of it and with out supplementing it will be hard. I would seriously recommend getting protein powder. Protein will you recover quickly after a hard lift. brbrAnother really good supplement is creatine. Creatine forces your body to suck in water into your muscles which helps them lift longer which equals more lifting so more gains. get it???brbrBut a person could do without supplements. The key will be your diet. You need to get a lot of calories that are healthy. Not pop, no alchol, no chocolate overdosing... etc. Depending on your size you need to be getting calories or more a day when your are lifting. And water, you can drink as much as you want. Well there are two things you can do check if the Hold button is on firstbr. Press and hold the Center and Menu buttons until you see a screen with an apple on it. By the time it goes back to the menu, it will have unfrozenbr. If the above doesnt work, then Im afraid youll have to let it run out of power. Im no child expert, but Id imagine in the hands of a year old the camera may go through a bit of abuse. If this is the case with your grandson, I would not recommend some of the cameras noted in earlier answers. Youll want to avoid anything with an optical zoom. Optical zooms use moving parts, and youll want to keep anything mechanical to a minimum. Digital zooms have no moving parts, but produce lower quality photos at full zoom than optical, but he might not noticecare. Or you could go with no zoom at all.brbrI dont know your shopping options, but naturally check any cameraelectronics department. There are cheap, lessprominent brand name, cameras that run anywhere from to with decent resolution around .MP, no zoom, or digital, have internal memory so you wont risk him losing memory cards, and hopefully an eyelet for a lanyard so he doesnt lose it!brbr Argus, DXG, Aiptek, ...
