hrs flight. Tampons or Pads?
Im gonna be off somewhere on my own soon and I really wanna kick myself hard before thinking twice about booking my flight, cos Ill be having my period on the week of the flight. Ive always used pads but this time, Im thinking of using tampons never use it before to avoid the slushy and diapery feeling on pads. What kind of tampons would you recommend in my situation, and should I put a pantyliner with it just to be safe? Thanks!

I highly reccomend tampons. They make life a lot easier, theyre neater and cleaner. Try OB theyre small and discreet, and Ive never had a leak problem. Use the smallest size, so that you can get used to having a tampon. The rule of thumb is if you can feel it five minutes after putting it in, its in wrong. You can use a pantyliner if you want, but it shouldnt be necessary, just check every few hours. Remember above all to change your tampon at least every eight hours to avoid TSS. Have a fun trip!
