Explain that you dont like the way certain men are looking at you and give her a list of things that the extra weight cause later in life. You will be looking forward to becoming heavier because you wouldnt really want to exercise as much with the ladies bouncing and your back hurting, and you will have deep groves on your shoulders. She might just be afraid because it is surgery, so give her facts on how well it turned out for others.
