Okay, so my friend is years old and she is pounds, she is . She really doesnt really care about her weight but she said she would loose weight if she is over what she should be.

She is Over weight. IM sorry to say. Just go to google and look up quotBMI testquot click on the first link and there will be a test to calculate if she is over weight. I did it myself and it says she is.
